Lovely site with well laid out pitches, though few are hard standing - a problem for motor homes if soft ground.
Great hot spring-fed swimming pool. Kitchen area good but significant investment in toilet/shower facilities is needed, which currently look as though they’ve altered little in 40 years.
Site staff very pleasant and helpful, Kevin the Site Manager was extremely helpful to us in remedying a problem we had.
But for the poor quality toilets/showers I’d score this a 9/10.

Poor experience!!
Kitchen facilities are tired and inefficient, with hobs that are slow to heat and a washing machine that sounds as if a bearing has gone/going.
Broken safety wire on stair treads to the bathrooms which is clearly long standing damage.
Clearly, no site security or the drunken party of several men in the kitchen until 2am would have been stopped - further evidence of which was a smashed brandy bottle in the mens toilets with splinters and shards still strewn about at 8.30 the following morning. Anyone with bare feet could have been seriously injured.
The flyover bridge which bisects the site carries heavy traffic and can be noisy. Some of the “permanents” on site might cause concern to parents.
Will not be returning.

Delightful!
Charming, quiet site set amongst forest next to the cemetery - so no problems with noisy neighbours! - Two unisex hot showers with soap provided, and powered stands for $10 pppn. with an honesty system of payment for out of hours. Excellent childrens play area and well maintained toilets. Excellent value for money.

Friendly and good humoured welcome by the lady at reception who I took to be our host.
Great location close to the shoreline.
Showers hot and powerful and included in the rent. Kitchen facilities will benefit from some investment in expanding the cooking units and dining space.
