We're not sure why the low reviews.

We arrived late at night to only 1 other camper, so were pleased to not be cheek-by-jowl like across the road (8-9 motorhomes squashed into 9 parking spaces). It was quiet and easy to find and in the morning, we found to our delight we could see the water past the green parklands. There is a picnic table as well and still only a 5 min walk to the famous cafe. Would 100% stay again. No toilets though.
