My husband & I were abandoned by our camper car hire company (JUCY) in Greymouth, when our car broke down while passing through the town, and the wonderful lady at your information centre helped us book

a bus to Christchurch. She was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant and we would like to say a BIG 'Thank you' to her (I'm sorry, but because of our confusion at the time we cannot remember her name). We will never forget your kindness in our hour of need.
