Poor and rude customer service provided by frontline service staff in drop zone coupled with racial discrimination.
However, the crew and skydive experience was fantastic! Honest feedback was given via fb but was deleted within hours. Very unethical.
It was very unfortunate that you encoutered a long delay until you were able to Skydive and for that we share your frustration.
It is however important to remember that Tandem Skydiving is a very weather dependent activity and when operating conditions deteriorate beyond our control we will always take a more cautious approach as we deal with the safety of the passengers we carry, either resulting in us cancelling a trip or going on "Hold" and delaying operations until we are satisfied that no risk exists in continuing to operate.
The wind picked up yesterday afternoon and many of our trips in the afternoon were subjected to lengthy delays as a result thereof, unfortunately including your trip.
We felt we communicated this clearly and offered a full refund and return transport back to town if the delay was any inconvenience - which was not opted for.
