Nice 1.5h walk, steadily up besides the ski slope and the second half across the field.
Same way back. Can be done easily, however it's approx. 250 meters to climb.
The lake view is rewarding and also the 25 min drive up the street is a fun mountain experience. 10 dollars for the street usage (11/2022).

Pretty cool place, and really new from 03/2022.
Nice facilities, nice 'stair levels' where all the camping spots are. All with (partial) lake view what you can decided when booking. The best holiday park so far for us after one week in New Zealand.
