Cheap and cheerful place in Raglan.
$10 per person per night plus a $5 per night service fee. Close to the beach. $1 for a 3 minute hot shower, though the toilets weren’t the cleanest.
Lots of spaces when we arrived mid afternoon on a Monday.

There are three spots here, one is further down closer to the toilets but we stayed in the ones further up in the main car park.
It’s right by the beach and in a nice big park bit busy during the day but was quiet at night. Two sets of toilets both clean and can have a lovely walk along the beach.

Great place by the lake.
Good and clean facilities, and a good price at $40 per night for two adults at a powered site. Friendly staff.

Nice little freedom camping spot.
Quite quiet, nice walk around the lake - it was open when we went. You can’t swim in the lake but it looks pretty at sunset.
Only downside were the toilets which were very unclean.
