The lady at the reception was really lovely.
The park is neat. And they help us with what activities to do around.
The kitchen had a lack of ustensile.
The shower where nice but when you had the big group of teen girls (nice by the way) the kitchen and bathroom where super full and the bathroom kinda gross.
But we still enjoy our stay.
Take care all Rotorua smell sulfur.

The manager was really nice, the kitchen and bathroom was really clean and the bathroom was nice with music but...the kitchen was completely empty, not even a towel to dry the dishes, the leaving room
was really big to host lots of people and even party but seem, like the kitchen, basic. The all park seems old with no decoration....but the grass is well maintained.
Furthermore, we had mosquitoes and sandflies.
Only power site available and it was 50$ for 2 persons, i was finding that a little bit pricy for what the camp was.

Nice leaving room.
Really well placed
Shower and kitchen in the main area are nice as well but the shower/toilets are quite cold even though you have a little heater.
No ustensile in the kitchen so you need to bring everything in order to cook
Same price for powered and non powered.

The place is basically a car park.
No toilet. A rugby field in front of you. Really quiet all night long (i woke up at 10.30 am!).
You have the rugby club on your left so you have a light all night long who makes the car park safe.
It's close at 6pm the winter and 9pm the rest of the year. I was lucky it was 10.30pm and it was open (maybe because no van was there).
Only 2 vehicles can go on this carpark.

Amazing park.
Really new, clean and functional. Plenty of activity to do within the park.
Reception open until 6pm off season and 8.30pm on season but they have after hours reception.
Hair dryer in the bathroom, lounge, kitchen with oven.

Power site : 50$ - unpowered: 25$.
Laudry : 3$. A kitchen and little tv room.
Clean shower and toilet and a hairdryer.
The inside as an old decoration but i absolutely don't care because the park is well maintained. Residents are polite and friendly. Quiet place to stay with lots of birds songs.
The only thing: the female shower as curtains and no closing doors.
I stayed there 4 nights

It's a 5$ donation.
You can arrive any time. Plenty of spots.
Toilets clean and open 24h but no light during the night. A sink to do your dishes.
Near a rugby stadium and rail train.

It's a top10 so it's always great.
They have free clean hot shower, hairdryer, wifi, gaming room (with a pacman game and a babyfoot).
The kitchen is nice but hard at night to make the lights working and a long time, same for the dining area who is not completely close so it is quiet cold during cold and rainy day.
The owner was super nice.
The reception shut at 7pm and it was a struggle to understand the explanation of after hours office so i ended up taking a spot that was already taken by someone.
It was 30$ for one person unpowered.

Amazing view from the front beach, and ocean behind the carpark.
Bench in front of the carpark to take a breathtaking breakfast.
Toilet 24h.
Only 5 places now and in the opposite of what it said in the previous review the places are really narrow. If you have 2 motorhomes, only a small van can fit in between and you'll need to squeeze yourself every time you go out of your vehicle.

Absolutely loved it.
Nice cozy living room, kitchen fully furnished, really clean amenities and cheap parking spot. A nice walk to do around the property and the weta caves at 5min by car.
Prices still 17,5$/pers for a non powered site

It's 25$ for one person in a non power spot (38 if you are 2 persons).
No kitchen but sink to do your dishes, a kettel and a toaster.
You have to pay 2$ per 5min for a shower, which i had cold because it wasn't working. And it takes only 2$ coins. But she gave me back the money i spend the morning.
The emergency phone didn't work neither anyone was answering the phone number writte on the door.
It was really loud because of the road and the dog of the owner spent all morning to bark.
The place is lovely and well maintained and the lady is nice. They do recycling and they have laundry facilities and a hair dryer.
Free unlimited wifi.
Still i find it really expensive for what it was, specially if i compare to other Caravan Park like Top10.
