Plenty of flat space with close, clean toilets.
Can watch boaties & jetskis. Highway noise a bit loud but a great spot! Dogs on leash only.

Beautiful spot with toilets a short walk away & open all night.
Dogs allowed. Nice beach for a swim with heaps of fishers & kayakers. Flat gravel for vans, fit 2 campervans and 5 motor homes with 4 awnings open (wish motorhomes parked closer the ends and were more thoughtful of awning space). Right off the road so a bit noisy with trucks. Also fire siren went off in middle of the night and early am, no way to prevent that tho.
Council truck came at 8am to check plates & self contained stickers.
Would come back.

Arrived after dark to one other campervan.
Woke up and there were 4 of us total. Tight fit meant not much space between & ground was a bit uneven. Can’t see the ocean due to dunes but super close to walkway. Toilets were on the other side of the car park. No rubbish bins. Would stay here again as beach is gorgeous and we didn’t have any issues.

Tried booking online for that night and it said there was no availability.
After calling I was told to book for the following day as there was space. Arrived a few hours later and found my space with no issue. Directions on email we’re clear & helpful. Toilet’s were clean, wifi was a plus. Campervans get a waterfront spot which was nice. Loved being able to have pooch and liked how all dogs were on leash.

Area was flat & well marked, only 1 other camper stayed along with us.
Walking distance to food and nice park plaques with historical info. Trains were frequent but it was more the bells that annoyed me more. That said it didn’t bother me during the night. One toilet was locked but another was unlocked after 8pm. Great view of the river! Would stay here again, even with long term campers around veranda. We also had our dog and it was fine, lots of other dogs around.
