A lady, who turned out to be the owner of Crystal Mountain, was walking around the INDOOR activity building in crystal mountain with NO mask and followed by a BIG dog with NO leash.
The dog came up to me sniffing my food and touched my foot while I was sitting at the café table with my kids. I wasn't comfortable with it. Later on at 3:17PM we had been waiting for the train for 17 minutes along with another 6 passengers. 2 people went to the counter to chase them up during 17 minutes. Finally we were told that the train stopped running from 2PM (though the flyer said it stops at 4PM). None of us was informed of this. After a few round of debates, the staff agreed to take us to the counter for a $5 refund. that's when i found out the lady I referred above is the owner. I said to her that her dog should be on leash. the owner told me her dog does NOT need to as it's her PRIVATE property. I guess the reason she's not wearing a mask is also because it is her PRIVATE property. I'm not an expert on what rules should be. But if she opens her private property to public, shouldn't she follow the basic safety and health rules?? According to her theory, she could quarantine at her private property and it would be my fault to visit it not hers?? I will NOT ever go to crystal mountain again as I do not think the owner respects and looks after her customers at all.
