My wife and I booked a camper van March 2020 with Britz New Zealand.

Unfortunately Covid lockdown hit week before we were to pick up the van. We contacted Britz and they were excellent immediately giving us 50% refund and 50% credit. With continuing lockdown on travel Britz on request have refunded us the other 50%. Can’t ask anymore really and when things open up will look forward to booking with Britz again. Everyone we dealt with professional and pleasant. Colin and Edel Murphy
