Time for owner to give the place a face lift.
Nice dog friendly camp with majority of guests being permanent.

Easy to catch bus up to the mountain.
Camp going through water restructuring so no camper bathrooms
All the lower unit rooms are open for campers ablutions.

Fantastic facilities the bonus, are the gorgeous views.
