Very rude girl this morning, two staff, one writing, I waited a while then I said hello, as one lady was standing there.

The girl with the glasses snapped back and said give me a minute, very rudly I pointed at the lady who was standing there and who the hello was meant for and the rude assistant who was writing said she can't help you. I was taken back by what she had said and I and the Indian lady were quite embarrassed at the reaction I got...I calmly said that's me finished a walked away, thinking cosh what's upset here or maybe it was the way I was dressed, she thought she had the right to speak to someone like that. Quite sad really....
