This is an amazing place.

Do not listen to the reviews from several years ago- they are no longer relevant. Since the renovation this is an up-market and authentic spa experience.

The spas are the best we have used in New Zealand, comparable to the Polynesian Spa in Rotorua.

Self-contained camping spaces are spacious enough, not entirely private but well worth it for the scenery and the pools.

Highly recommended.
