Ordered and paid $135 in advance for 3 Pak n Save platters from Botany after looking online, at brochures in store as well as discussions with in store staff after being told the brochures both online
and in store were way out of date. $45 sushi platter was fresh and well presented. $40 sandwiches platter was made well in advance of the 10am pick up time, so quite a few had soggy bread. The most disappointing part of the order was the $50 fruit platter a couple of red and green apples were turning brown, grapes weren't fresh and some turning brown, a couple of pieced up mandarins, some nice juicy and sweet pineapple. But definitely not worth the money. I thought by going to Pak n Save I would get fresh and vibrant produce especially something as simple as fruit. This was the first and it will be the last time I use Pak n Save catering. Please stop falsely advertising your goods and realise people are paying hard earned money for a service that you are failing to provide. Should low??? food prices mean below par quality??? If so I am very happy continuing to shop at Countdown and pay a little bit extra for good to excellent quality : (
