Overused and people don't look after the area.
We visited here years ago and although there were no seal pups there at the time the waterfall was spectacular and it was peaceful. Sadly not the case now, maybe charge people to visit and then they might look after it.

Of all the things we did in the South Island our family voted this best by far.
Morris was the most entertaining tour guide we've met and a true gentleman in every way. We learnt so much and will treasure our time with them forever!
