15 pp, feb 2021 (unpowered), arrived late near 9pm and nobody was there, we payed the next morning.
Kitchen ok, baths ok and lovely hot showers. Never saw part of the staff, did see some horses and people walking by. Probably if you spend more time there you ll get a different experience, but it was OK for us.

Several places to park, next to a small playground, a laundromat site and close to town, great location.
Went there cause the other free doc camps was full before 6pm. You have to leave early, before 7am. Nice to spend one night. Baths 100 mts next to the i centre.

Nice spot, BUT We have an awful night cause of a junkie, playing music really out loud next to all the campervans, between 23 and 1am, we left to New World parking place.
I think someone called the police later, free wifi and great speed thou. Car parks places means that you have to be prepared for everything.

Nice spot to do the hike tracks, bathrooms ok.
Near 2 kmts of gravel road to get there, cash only in the trust box, 8pp, Jan 2021.
Windy open spots, means less sandflies, spots between the bush=Sandflies attack.
Sorry, but Sandflies level:9. One night there is ok, REPELLENT is a Must.

Great place and amazing views!!
By far, the best place so far, bathrooms just ok.
But the view is just great, lots of places and so great that we didnt have sandflies. A spot in the middle between Tekapo and Mt Cook.
Highly recommended, check the weather, the best thing is to cook outside with the view of the Alps! Sandflies level: 1 (jan 2021)

Great spot, 5 min away from the CBD.
Little bit noisy, specially with the train, 30 mts from the railroads. Nice bathrooms and a place to do the dishes and tap of water.
Doc personal checking daily, lots of places to park, more than 20. Nice to cook outside if the wind/rain allows that or just go and grab something in town. No sandflies, jan 2021. Parking prices: whole day $5, from 8 to 18, night is FREE (if you arrive after 18pm) per hour is $2.

For me, a nice place to stay one night.
Hard to cook outside in January, nice view, sand flying all over, nice toilets and something small to wash your hands/face. Rubbish bins and a small open shelter to seat. 5 min drive from town. Sandflies level: 4/10.
