Nice peaceful site by the man made lake.flushing toilets for 1 male 1 female.
People been trout fishing here. Place is hard to find: past the power station keep driving past the single road that goes up a steep drive and all the way around the lake is the campsite.

Nice tidy campsite, but at $55/ night we felt was a bit steep.
The powered campsite resembled more like a carpark. However it is close to the McLean Falls and Cathedral caves, staff were friendly.

Good free site for overnight, close to the shops and there are toilet 200 meters down by the boat ramp, site is a bit hard to find and we suggest getting there early

One of the best campsites we’ve been to.
The view over lake Tekapo was simply breath taking, All the facilities are like new we can’t recommend this campsite enough. We will definitely be back

Great location, good site facilities, plenty of toilets.
Has a path down to the lake for a swim and the best view of Mt Cook.
Highly recommend this site
