A great way to spend an afternoon.
The show was really entertaining but we missed the dog show afterwards due to poor communication on their part. Take the kids or just go yourself but wear washable shoes. Theres a fair amount of poo to walk through.
Thanks for your review :) Apologies that you missed the dog show.

One of our favorite tracks - we discovered it by accident.
Walked up halfway then the rest of the way. Got some fantastic pictures standing on the edge of the falls. Took the Maori track down, but be careful, it is treacherous!

Beautiful museum, but $25 to get in is a bit high.
A definite must-do. They have some really unique exhibits - very different than Te Papa or Auckland museum.

Really cool place, great value for the money (~$6/pp).
The staff were even nice and unlocked the gate so that one of our members could get out after they accidentally locked him into the bathroom!

One of the more expensive trips that we did while in NZ, but WOW.
The guides were great fun and made what would have been a cool experience absolutely fantastic.

We spent 36 days in their Base Jumper 4, had a fantastic time on both islands, went all over each of them with no worries.
Had a few hiccups, some real and some due to the learning curve, bu they were there to help every step of the way, including planning the trip.
I will definitely use them next time!

After 36 days in a campervan, this was the cleanest, nicest little park that we stayed at.
We could not believe how tidy the whole place was, and we own a cleaning service so we looked!
Friendly staff, great help, and a nice little town. Definitely worth a stopover.
Hi Guys We remember you three. Thankyou for taking the time to review us. Did you do both Milford and Doubtful Sounds, if so which did you prefer

A neat experience, but too expensive unless you just really enjoy fishing, have too much money to blow, or want to pay someone to let you chill by a pond for the day.
If you want the prawns, just buy them from the front desk and do the tour.
Thanks for taking the time to review Huka Prawn Park. We are sorry to hear that you found the park to be expensive. Huka Prawn Park has been developed on over 6 hectares of land, and Prawn Fishing is just one of the activities included within your pass. Our park entry also includes the opportunity to experience all the other activities scattered around the park, such as Hand Feeding Baby Prawns, Geothermal Foot Baths, Trout Viewing and Feeding, Interactive Water Features, playgrounds and so much more. We encourage our visitors to experience all that we have to offer, and believe our Entry Passes offer great value for money, for the whole family for an entire days entertainment.

What a way to wake up!
We pulled in after dark and woke up to be surrounded by sunrise-pink mountains and a cloudless sky. The Hooker Valley walk is amazing too!
