This is a very lovely place, it is a breath of fresh air in comparison to some campsites that you turn up at.
You will feel very welcome as soon as you arrive. Toilets and kitchen spotlessly clean.
It is made special by the small extra details that go a long way e.g. visiting the glow worms/relaxed check out time.

Nice tropical looking place with a bench next to each parking spot.
The showers and toilets were kept clean. Good location - can easily walk the local shops and restaurants.
The place however feels a little neglected. Many things didn't work such as most charging ports, both toasters etc.. not sure why they are just there if they are broken? We specifically chose this place because of washing facilities but 2 of the washing machines were filled with smelly stagnant water (really gross) and the other one was for cold washes.. Also was pouring with rain whilst we were there, got very cold and damp - no inside area to warm up/dry.
Hi Abi
I am sorry you had issued with your experience, which as you can see from the other reviews is not normal. I have checked today and everything is working correctly, we don't always check toaster etc work when we clean them so thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you come back we do have a small inside seating area in the non powered sites with couches should it rain in addition to several covered BBQ areas and seats, its next to the pond.

Very pretty campsite.
The lovely fireplace made us forget all about the cold and rain outside!
Only negative is that I think that the showers could definitely do with a deep clean.
