We went to this place in the middle of September, and I thought the sandflies would be worst.
There was quite a few, but it wasn't the problem for me at all. The problem was the location of the toilet: it's not too far to go with the daylight, but at night and alone it's very scary!! Hahaha. But clean toilets and nice view of the lake :)

For a free spot, it was amazing!!!
It has a very clean toilet and 2 picnic tables. A lot of space to park. Beautiful view of the mountains. Close to the road, but it wasn't a problem for me. I totally recommend this place!
