After reading many great reviews our experience was pretty average, had a few issues with the motorhome provided which we ran through with a more than helpful gentleman upon our return, He insisted that

Britz would like to make it up to us (how I don’t know) and said the manger would email us Monday and if we havnt heard anything by then to contact him, I unfortunately didn’t take his name, after reaching out to their customer care email I pretty much got a reply saying no one earlier had any issues with the vechicle, so I guess they thought we were lying :( obviously of course no one previous would have had the issues as they surely wouldn’t hire it to us if it had.
