We were very diappointed to read that your holiday was disrupted due to a mechanical issue. We can assure you that our motorhomes are regularly serviced, unfortunately though mechanical problems can occur without prior warning and we do regret that this happened while you were on your travels. We hope that, despite this, you had an enjoyable New Zealand experience.
