My experience with Mode car rentals was overall very good and was excellent value for money.

The man who picked me up from the airport was lovely and very informative. The car itself was fantastic and I had no issues at all. My only annoyance was with the drop off. I arrived to return the car and was waiting for around 10-15 minutes to only to be told I had to drop it off at another location as there was no shuttle bus running from the office. I was in quite a rush and had to reload my car with all my luggage, drive to the alternate drop off and then proceed to wait 15 minutes for the next shuttle bus to leave. It was quite inconvenient and stressful, but all of the staff members I dealt with were lovely and the car it’s self was fantastic. I would definitely choose mode rentals again, but ensure to allow extra time when dropping back the vehicle
