I rent a car at the Auckland Airport branch on February the 28th and had to dropp it off on March 31st.

Unfortunately, because of the lockdown, I was stuck near Tauranga.

I wrote a mail to explain the situation and the people who responded were very kind and understanding. They told me not to worry, to look after my health and that I would not be charged extra for an out-of-time dropp off. I sent several mails to get informations about the dropp off (the agency is closed) and every time, they replied immediately.

I dropped the car off on April 11 and three days later, my deposit was already on my bank account. No additional fees.

I do recommend this rental agency. The managers are very nice people.
