We have checked all recent bookings with your surname and none have mentioned problems in their hire history. We do advertise pertrol 2-berth campervan vehicles and the fuel consumption stated by you totals to approximately 13l/100 which is normal considering the high roof and hilly roads in New Zealand. The fuel consumption also depends on the driver and many other factors of course. It appears extremely awkward that our on-road assistance did not hear from you nor the problems you have apparently encountered. We believe we have not had a faulty radiator in several years as we do exchange them every 95.000km together with all fittings, clips and hoses. So not sure where and when you had this problem.
