All United Campervans are guaranteed by the company's directors to be no more than 3 years old. As the motorhomes near 3 years they are moved from the United fleet to the Alpha Campervans fleet. When clients pick up their vehicle at the beginning of their hire we ask them to call our free phone number (0800 759 919) if there are any problems on the road that need attending to. Hirers also have the option of having on-road repairs made, without prior authorisation from us, up to NZ$100 and we will reimburse the cost to them on presentation of a receipt.
