Service at arrival from airport was clear and easy.
At the first day we had a van with a broken slide door. They've given us another van right away and gave us a little present for the inconvenience.

Picked us on the camping ground, drove us to the start of the Tongariro crossing walk.
Gave us clear instructions and information about the walk. Took us back to the camping ground after the walk. After all, great service.

Nice views of the Hutt River and the walk through the forest was also recommendable.
