We had a great few weeks touring New Zealand in our Van from Kenrick.
He delivered the van to us at the Hotel in Auckland and explained everything in detail so we knew how it all worked. He even suggested a change to our planned route so we didnt miss out on some of the sights. We delivered the van back to Kenrick and he dropped us off back to our hotel. Really excellent individual service. On the drive back to Auckland Kenrick sorted out a problem a client had caused and made sure they had the problem fixed that afternoon so they could carry on and enjoy their holiday without any worries. A great clean and tidy van from a really helpful supportive Kenrick Thanks

We have just finished our months tour of New Zealand and this was the worst site we visited.
The toilet block was horrible it was dated and only had 1 small sink in the ladies to use. I was so dissapointed as I had just spent my first night in a brilliant Top 10 site the night before. This site is in a really good location but i would of hated to visit when it was busy.
We’re always sad to hear when people have a bad experience with us. The block in question is the smallest of the 3 main blocks we have in the park. This should have been pointed out to you at the time of check in. We always advise campers when they arrive where the main block is. On a positive note this block is under development and will be done up before we head into the summer months
