Pools were great and you were allowed to take your own food and drink in.
The prices were quite high and you could not go out and back in the same day without paying more. Also need more sunloungers.

Really laid back place, plenty of space.
Clean and tidy with hot showers, friendly host family. Really close to Moeraki Boulders and Yellow-Eyed Penguin colony. Is being updated and improved by owners at present - only $9 per adult!

Did Dolphin Encounter - swim with dolphins.
Staff were excellent, really helpful even when I was a bit seasick. Really knowledgeable, was kept well informed.

Pathetic pond, not very mirrored, only 2 mins from carpark but not worth the stop!

Picturesque setting with a beautiful walk around the lake.
Gravel track to get there but no issue in van. Needs more loos and upgrade on existing ones.

3 and a half hour return to Glacier lake, but think you can go on further.
Hilly and rocky with a bit of boulder hopping beside the lake. Beautiful scenery the whole way and icebergs in lake at end. Better than Fox or Franz josef!!

Nice scenery and 'hide' to watch penguins come ashore.
Saw a few and one up by the carpark so called the ranger. Binoculars need renewing along with window catches in hide. Also walks and seals here.
