We felt this was very poor value for money.
Overpriced at $140 dollars for two people. Although the caves were lovely, the glowworm cave boat trip lasted less than 10 minutes!

Difficult to review as sadly didn't see any whales the trip we went!
However staff apologetic and did give us a 80% refund. Professional service and knowledgable staff.

Fantastic day.
Went on shuttle bus to the start of the all day walk. Amazing scenery - volcanic terrain, beautiful lakes. A memorable day.

Coach driver extremely knowledgable and took us to all the best viewpoints along the Milford Road. Boat itself uncrowded, staff good. Excellent value.

We have rented an 'El cheapo' campervan from Jucy - It has needed several things fixing e.g.
new battery, new microwave and generally tatty inside. Have spoken to other Jucy renters and similiar experiences.
