Still commercial, but get here early for a good plot and stay here a couple of days to relax.
Easy walk to town centre from here. Friendly staff, don't miss 'The Free House' real ale bar in town.

Good compromise if youre not fit enough to reach the summit.
'The Puffer' is real hard going, but the views from the transmitter are stunning.

Still a bit commercial, but much more spacious plots and great access to beach.
Ideally come early to mid Jan when trees are in blossom, (particularly the Pohutakawa - my favourite!).

Packed in like sardines.
