I would like to apologize that you feel we did not provide you with the standard of vehicle you had expected. At GO Rentals we take pride in the standard and cleanliness of our vehicles, and it is extremely disappointing to hear you were dissatisfied on an aspect that is definitely avoidable.

I have personally looked into the issue with your vehicle and although Cynthia is sensitive to a dampness in the vehicle, this is an issue you should not have had to deal with on your holiday. I am pleased to say that we have since decided that the particular vehicle you hired has now been deemed not up to the “GO” standard and has been taken off fleet.
