my wife and I took a 4 week road trip round both islands in January with one of their campervans - collecting in Christchurch and leaving it in Auckland. van drove faultlessly for the entire time, and was fully equipped for all types of stay - free camping with our onboard toilet/kitchen or in large sites with hookup. any tiny niggles were dealt with on the spot ( replacement chair paid for and refunded ) and we felt they were there to help if needed. thanks Lynda - you made a great trip easy!
