We have used Pacific Horizon four times in eight years of visits to NZ to family.
Always friendly, they have mostly been very reliable and helpful; quick to respond and pro active. Our most recent trip with them was perhaps the least smooth ( a few items expected - bike rack and picnic seats/ table weren’t provided), but we still thoroughly enjoyed our van and our fourth road trip to the Bay of Islands and back from Wellington.

Our second adventure in NZ with Pacific Horizon was much the same as the first but in South Island.
An excellent personal service with very friendly staff and professional attention completed a trouble free and relaxing holiday. The vehicle was in excellent condition with everything you might need including for us a bike rack for two bikes we hired separately. We will definitely be using Pacific Horizons again on our next visit and have no hesitation in recommending them to other adventurers!
