Many thanks for taking the time to review us on Rankers. We do have a very friendly, highly qualified team working for us. Some of them come from overseas, enriching the crew with lots of experience and different languages. Our pilots come from Spain, Venezuela, Germany, Japan, Sweden, England, the Netherlands, Italy and of course we got some Kiwis working for us. This is handy for briefings on take off. You mentioned that you would have liked to see more prep talk about landing, steering, ... Most of our clients are first timers and are actually quite nervous. We do find that too much information often just confuses people and the standard well thought through briefing that all our pilots are doing has proven to be very successful. We do like to give the pilots the controls at times during the flights and explain how it all works.
