Fantastic place!
Right at the beginning of all the walking tracks, water taxi’s. Kayak places etc. The camp has good facilities, but we liked especially all the communal areas. Our favorite camping spot so far! Very green!

Super clean.
Really nice people! Its a relatively small site and very neat. Had a free tour to the glow worms. The camp site itself is not very special in the sense of surroundings. Really close to the beach. You can borrow bikes and watch the sunset.

We unfortunately had pooring rain so did not spend a lot of time here.
Very clean and good facilities. Right on the beach that you hear during the night! Amazing! Good big camper spots! Best camp spot on the west coast drive
North Island ▷ Bay of Plenty ▷ Waihi ▷
3.5/5
Its clean and 100 meters from the beach.
The plots are spacious and the facilities are really good. Big disappointment were the all year round permanent campervans that make the place look ‘shabby’. And it is sort of a square compound.

Perfect base to explore the wine region of Blenheim.
You can rent bikes for just 25 dollars and the first winery is literally around the corner. Clean facilities and nice private spots. Would definitely recommend you to stay here

Just a 5 min ride to the beach. The facilities are there and very clean. Would definately recommend it!

Good spots.
Small park. Good facilities. Quite a drive with the bus to Wellington. 45-60 minutes.

FAN-TAS-TIC park!!
You can literally almost park straight on the beach! Amazing views! Spacious spots and good facilities. You can rent surfing boards for 40 bucks per day. We got the second night for free because we are on our honeymoon. Really a chill vibe with nice people!
North Island ▷ Taupo Region ▷ Turangi ▷

Very helpfull staff!
Nice views on the lake and close to Taopo and Tongariro crossing. Its a hillside camping with flat spots. Great facilities. The only disadvantage are the permanent campervans which makes the olace look a bit shabby
Thank you Mrs Lounis, we're happy you enjoyed the park and all that this gorgeous area has to offer.
