Great place, cleaned facilities but a bit old.
We ended up here as top 10 holiday park was full. It does the job for a 1 night top (coming from Picton ferry terminal) before heading to Abel Tasman park. We did not very like the atmospheres of the dodgy looking permanent residents.

Nice place but dirty ladies showers (only 2) and kitchen not well equipped (no ustensils): only hob and microwave.
Did not try restaurant as it was expensive (>$26 for basic pizza). Spa pool looked nice but did not use it.
