There is a locked gate across this place because it is temporarily closed, while contractors lay new pipes for water and sewerage.
The south Waikato District Council are hopeful that they will be able to reopen it very soon.

15 out of 10! As soon as Kim saw that I was on crutches, She went completely out of her way to make sure I had a pleasant, relaxed stay there. It was the best service I have ever received in any establishment!
You must go there, even if it’s just to experience Kim’s hospitality. I felt like a personal guest in her own private home, not an overnight occupant.
Oh, and the facilities are all lovely and clean, with immaculate grounds and surroundings. A small intimate setup; You could call it a Boutique Motel/Motorhome Park!
