We went to Countdown in Halifax St Nelson ( where we go all the time ) for the second time our checkout operator was Brooklyn, he needs to be taught to concentrate on his job and not be more interested

in what is going on over at the other checkout/s, please observe him from a distance and you will see what i mean, its really really obvious, plus a nice loud greeting and goodbye would not go a miss, don,t they get training ? in future we will be avoiding him, and last comment is about the young ladies collecting the online orders they have no consideration for the customers speeding around the floor, parking there trolley anywhere, wheres the health & safety. I do realise they have a job to do and fairly quickly.........and there is becoming more and more of them, so chaos rules.
