The best place, there is no view or anything, but clean bathrooms with 4 cubicles, plenty of room, rubbish bins, historical trains and wifi.
Even laundry maschine on the street. Thank you for great free spot!

Place is only for three cars, right next to the road and batrooms are pretty far, but not bad.
We left and went to hatupatu car par, since we read it is nice and more quiet with bathrooms and it is allowed to sleep there. During the night I suppose locals came several times to wake up everybody by car horn and load music. Very bad experience with rotorua.

We came in hope for campsite with bathrooms, as was written in reviews, those were closed at 6 p.m., se we left.
Looks quiet and nice though.
