Be careful putting coins in bbq, it gets a bit hungry. Otherwise great place

Friendly welcome by a lovely lady.
Kitchen probably the cleanest out of all the parks we have been to.
Handy to town. Short walk to lake Rotorua.
Laundry was clean, only three of each washers and dryers, so peak season could be a bit of a line up.
If I had any qualms about it, maybe the hot tub should be for adults only. As every time we went to use it and relax there were kids jumping through it (unsupervised mainly). The whole park is well set out for kids.
Would definitely recommend this park, keeping in mind we were there in the off season

Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Ammenities were clean, a bench or extra chairs around the shower area would be handy.
Short walk to centre of town and attractions along well maintained walkway.
Ground was quite soft around powered sites, but they did have a lot of rain recently.
Nice clean kitchen and bbq area.
Would definitely stay there again 😎

Awesome, best place we have stayed by far.
Everything was so clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice restaurant next door, general store and bar close by also close to the caves
Would highly recommend a stay here.

Place looked a bit dodgy from the road, not a whole lot better in the park.
But I was pleasantly surprised, the ammenities were fairly clean as was the kitchen area. Gravelled hard stand for powered sites.
Felt it was a bit over priced, had paid less at better parks.
For a one night stay over it was ok.

Hosts were friendly and welcoming.
Kitchen was clean, with a couple of fridges and a few cook tops. Free bbq. Toilets are showers good.
Close walk to town and shopping centre. Close to marina and boat ramp, for people going fishing or on charters.
Overall good place to stay. We stayed in off season, so would get pretty hectic in season (just like everywhere else)
