perfect little spot for about 4 cars on gravel and 4 cars on gras.
toilets 8/10.
there are good rubbish bins.
nice and quiet rural area.
alpacas on the grass next to to parking.
café next to it, for a perfect drink in the evenening.
20min drive from the beautiful little walk in hokitika gorge.
be quick! parking was full at 6:30pm.

nice place on gravel for about 25-30 cars.
even some places for big RV's if you come on time.
there is alot of wind, so outside cooking was less fun but okay.
right next to the beach.
toilets 7/10. they were clean for being drop toilets.

Not very clean but it's a flush toilet.
About 10 spots, but be quick.
In summer it will be busy.
we stayed here a couple times.

police station is 2min walk across the street, opposite the toilets.

Very, VERY windy spot.
right on the edge of NZ.
what makes it windy as, hence hard to cook outside or even sit outside.
toilets right next to the parking, and clean enough.
About 15 spots for regular vans or vehicles.
NOT suitable for motorhomes etc..
very nice views and walks!
but again, alot of wind! so be prepared if you're going for a walk.
come on time, spots were full every day, and we stayed here 3 days.
with a bit of luck, you can spot a pinguin or seal.
rough coastline, very rocky.
but amazingly beautiful!

they get cleaned every day.
place for 3-4 vehicles, depents on how you park.

next to a kindergarten and a local pub.
good for a nice drink in the evening.
be fast, gets full quickly.

look for a toilet sign on the highway, turn on the parking, at the end, between a building and some bush there is a freedom camp sign.

great family like staff.
lived here for 4months.
can't discuss anything bad.
maybe the summer island workers who can be a bid rude and loud sometimes. but they live in an other area. don't see them very often.
clean and tidy ficilitys. being a holiday park, they get cleaned every day.

Perfect little place for one or two nights !
Public toilets are clean as.
Got benches for dining or breakie.
Nice view over the bay and suburbs.
Even got ramp for your jetski or small boat.
Place for about 15 cars.
Motorhomes are a bit big for this place.
Look on the road for the rotary park sign. (Dubble entrance)
If you follow GPS you end up on someones property.
