We lived at Papamoa for 18 years and like coming back in our motorhome for a couple of nights now and then to Stella place.

It is a magic place for sunsets and sun rise. The shops are within walking distance. I feel disappointed people grizzle about the lack of toilets. Campers must be self contained. So toilets are on board. If not, you should not be there overnight. End of story.
