But it's very difficult to come in. Because there is no Office only online check in is possible. First you need a Smartphone to create an account at the Councils Homepage. Second Step pay with creditcard online. Be sure it is more complicate as online shopping in a Ebayshop. If this procedure is done you get an email with the code of the locked gate.
