Really great company.
I did the 16500ft jump and felt very safe (even though I thought I never really had the courage to even do this). It is not as scary as you might think!
The staff make you feel very secure, so you can enjoy your jump. The views are pretty good too. They are a very professional outfit. I would definitely recommend them.
Thanks Suz for this great review. Good on you for going to the top even though you were nervous! Being scared and excited is all part of the experience. Thank you for choosing us and perhaps one day you might come and see us again. :)

This company runs several different types of activities in the caves.
I did the adventure caving (about $330 nz), for about a 4 hour trip.
This trip was brilliant (although pretty scary for a coward like me). Adventure caving is not a simple scenic glowworm tour, it is a genuine adventure.
First we abseiled 50mtrs down into the cave. Then we went caving. There were many tight spots to squeeze through, some army crawling through water in small spaces was involved, some climbing up through the cave upstream, and there were skinny chasmy bits to navigate our way over. It is pretty physical and really tested my nerve (but others on the trip were braver than me and didn't feel any fear). We all however, found it very intense!
Our guide Jacqui, was also incredibly knowledgable about the caves, (their formation etc.) and was a very experienced caver.
The only downside is you might be a bit uncomfy in all the gear they give you.
I would recommend this tour to anyone fit who has a sense of adventure. In some ways it was the highlight of my month in nz.
