Arrived on a very busy day thinking we were getting the great experience at other top 10 holiday parks we had visited.

Sadly it is a very poor comparison. The rooms which were small contained nothing other than 2 sets of bunks when I had requested a double. There is no tv or information in the rooms about what to do or things to see. The staff were unfriendly and I would never come back. The showers barely have enough pressure to get you wet, let alone clean and the toilets leave alot to be desired. If you want to visit a top 10 park, visit somewhere like Papamoa. Shelly Beach is poor
