I spent the corona lockdown here and it was actually really really nice.
The owner is super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Clean amenities and rooms, stocked kitchen and bbq with a nice fun lounge area. Great place for one night or permanent if working nearby

This spot was everything you could ask for!
It has 24hr toilets and shower very close which were very clean, the beach is right there with good surfing waves, rubbish bins even closer and a short 10 minute walk to Papamoa town which has everything you need! Every Thursday they have a food truck festival in the parking lot too which was awesome for some local food! Make sure you come early though, the spots were filled up by 10am. Only 3 spots.
