We decided to go on this once in a lifetime trip very spontaneously and were therefore very worried that we wouldn't find a suitable campervan in this short time, especially at this time of the year.

Janet was a huge help finding one, what was definitely not an easy task considering how picky we are ;) But she kept trying to find the perfect one for us, even when we had already decided to make compromises. I'm so grateful that she was patient and answered all of my (many many) questions and shared her personal experience with me. In the end she found the ideal van for us and I'm super excited to go travelling across New Zealand with it. Thank you!

Booked & paid for the hire of a Lucky Rentals campervan through Rankers, no issues.

When we arrived with Lucky rentals to collect the campervan they were aware of the booking (thankfully!!) but then proceeded to ask me for payment. They advised that they had not received payment or a booking voucher, which they said was the norm when booked through a booking company. The manageress advised that they could not give us the van until they received payment. She also advised that no-one in the office had ever heard of Rankers. I had a phone number for Rankers but was unable to get a reply (2nd January). Very fortunately I was able to show her that the money had come out of my account as all I had from Rankers was an email saying the money would be taken out on a certain date, which they didn't see as proof of payment. 3 HOURS LATER (not sure what happened during this time) but we eventually got our campervan. Not sure where the break down in communication happened but let's say we were not best pleased with the start to our NZ holiday!

The Booking service with Claudia from Rankers was very reactive.

She understood really our needs that were perfectly fullfilled ans provide us usefull advice. The paiement was very clear as well.

We appreciated a lot the accomodation offered in a rankers camperground for two nights.

Trying to book a motorhome at short notice, on a budget and with a limited time is quite the challenge!

Not for Rankers - an incredibly helpful, personalised service, with alternative journey suggestions to support securing exactly what we wanted, and within our budget (actually, multiple options!). Whats more - we also got a raft of experiences and excursion recommendations customised based on the areas of NZ that we really want to experience. Thanks Rankers - you're ace. Really good service, very responsive and super nice people.

Helped us to find our way through all the camper van offers. Can also highly recommend the Rankers camper App. Bought it years ago, when we travelled to New Zealand for the first time, it is super useful and was totally worth the money.
