Good campsite with great shower and kitchen facilities.
Bit pricey at $60 a night for a powered campervan site but good base to then go to Hobbiton.

Very nice site, good facilities, paid $60 for two adults for one night on a powered site so not the cheapest stay.
Plenty of kitchen space with utensils and also free gas and electric BBQs.

A family friendly holiday park with excellent facilities, conveniently located in Leamington, Cambridge.
A pleasant stay in a parklike setting
Our total score: 89%
Only a 4 minute walk to great cafes, takeaways and the other services of Leamington, and 5 minutes drive to the supermarkets and shopping in Cambridge itself.
The sites are well sized, and there was adequate room for manouvreing caravans and motorhomes.
We had a pleasant stay at Cambridge Top 10, who are living up well to the Top 10 brand and standards.

Don't stay here if you need to use their internet.
The receptionist was great and twice helped me log in, by using their 0800 help service. When I tried the help service (as recommended after reception was closed) they didn't respond. The internet kept dropping out, and was unable to download photos into my programme. So although the facilities and staff are lovely, I was stressed and wasted hours waiting for internet.

It doesn't have the TOP 10 standard I expect.
Very basic park.
We were put (very) close to some noisy neighbours and we could hardly sleep. I can't vouch for their facilities as I didn't use them.

Place was clean and plenty of showers and toilets to handle the large group of people who were there at the same time as us for a sporting event nearby.
Facilities for kids were a bit limited as the playground was small (a single swing and a climby thing) although the jumping pillow was nice)

Basic park but lots of space for parking larger campervans which isn't always the case in Top10s.
Really friendly staff and although basic, facilities were clean and everything you needed was there.

Loved the park.
Kitchen was fabulous and clean and spacious. Recycling bins at the back well organized and well marke. Bathrooms spotless and well kept. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend this top 10 location. Two thumbs up!

Save your money!
This place claims to be a Top10. But, it’s more like a Top 1000. It’s seriously overpriced. Extremely small playground with only 2 pieces of play equipment. Nice bounce cloud. But it’s quite far away from the playground neither of which have any shade. Bathrooms were moderately clean with cobwebs. Kitchen was ok. Very nice staff though. There are signs everywhere stating that they’re improving things. But they shouldn’t charge the Top10 prices for what you currently get.

Loved the park.

Spacious, very clean, friendly and with a great huge jumping pillow for the kids.
Close to everything you need. We had a great stay.

Park is well into it's renovation journey, smart clean bathrooms & kitchen, covered dining & BBQ area.
Has dump station & water & free WiFi. I thought good value at $25 for powered site for 1 person.

No issues here.
Park in process of upgrading, men’s bathrooms have all been upgraded, women’s in the process. Large grassy sites. Prices comparable to other Top 10 parks. Happy with our overnight stay as were many others.
