Rented with Camper NZ in late Jan to early Feb 2018 for 10 days.

Prior to arrival, owner answered all inquiries promptly with great tips and free advice. Meet us on time, with easy to understand instructions when doing walk through on RV. Written instructions with easy to understand manual were also provided for reference. Really nice not to have a odd colored RV at all the sites, rather blending in than seeming as another tourist even if camper van was not brand new. During our trip we met up with another couple who rented from another company were they were restricted with were they stayed since they had to have a plug each evening rather than enjoy freedom camping at beautiful locations as we did throughout entire trip.

We had a few questions during our trip, owner answered our phone calls each time we called, even though one was early morning and other after 8PM. No issues with any functions or features during time in camper van. Lots of room and we have all the utensils, plates, cooking pans, paper towels, napkins and even tin foil / plastic wrap for our convenience. Cleaning supplies were also provided along with comfortable linens and towels for our use. Owner was extremely friendly and good tempered, even when we caused some minor road damage...which we of course paid for, as is right. His positive Kiwi attitude made our trip better. He was not rude rather offered us a beer at the end of trip and drove us back to our final destination within a few kilometers. Definitely would recommend renting from Camper NZ to our friends.
